ABOUT THE CLIENT:

The Fashion division of the Lucca Luis company is a trademark brand providing Luxury Fashion Consultancy & Event Management Services for international clients in Europe, Asia and the United States.

 

As the preeminent thought leader in Fashion and Luxury Goods,
it is the LARGEST provider of Luxury Fashion Consultancy Services in Georgia.


Lucca Luis landed in Georgia within its international expansion strategy, the luxury brand wanted to take advantage of the digitalization of this strategic location to market their services online. Their efforts, however, are also reinforced by their long history of savoir faire and expertise in planning, organising and managing all aspects of Luxury Corporate & Private Events.


ROLE DETAILS: 

 

Commissioned to create a comprehensive platform that enable users to amplify their experiences. This role included setting a design language that could be used throughout all the platforms, working hand-in-hand with the stakeholders to brainstorm, shape, and iterate the initial idea and product directions. Also, to perform early-stage research and execution of the pilot platform to validate the concept. Other involvements included the business side to generate specs for the alpha version of the rebranding process and then executing the end-to-end flows and UX & business decisions.

 

PROCESS: 

 

Lead a team of UX & UI Designers to define the new branding of Lucca Luis Fashion and creating platforms to start selling their new services, simplifying a complex data UI as a one-page website following the Newest UX Trends of 2021. Worked with different budgets and conducted daily sessions, managing several projects and outreach efforts. 

We ended up giving users a whole new experience that comprehends their specific needs and situation to provide an optimal solution.
